Elise aka Ellie is approximately 8-9 years old and weighs around 50 lbs. Her journey began on the streets of Mexico, where she was found starving and left for dead. Thankfully, our friends at Crossing Guardians took her in and cared for her until she was healthy enough to cross the border and start her new life.
Elise is an easygoing, low-maintenance dog who gets along well with other dogs but truly prefers the companionship of humans. She has been cat-tested and has learned that cats are not her favorite, but she enjoys the company of many dogs—and even more people.
She loves head scratches, sunbathing, and simply being near her humans. Elise is a gentle, relaxed companion who will happily spend her days hanging out by your side.
