Penny is about 3 years old and weighs 46 lbs, with a puppy-like charm about her. She was known as Starlight at the shelter – where her future was anything but bright. She was found as a skinny little stray in the big city, but quickly stole hearts with her friendliness and constantly wagging tail. Penny is a social gal, with both humans and dogs; she loves to play with other dogs and does well with her many foster dog siblings. Penny has a medium energy and well-behaved. She loves her people, loves snuggling, and plays nicely. She is crate trained and her only desire is to make you happy!! Penny is a wonderful companion :) Penny is fully vetted, spayed, micro chipped and ready for her forever friends!
