My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 07/2023

Meet Kitty Kat

Kitty Kat is a young, gorgeous tabby who recently raised five kittens and is now spayed and ready for a home of her own. She’s an easygoing, affectionate cat who loves attention—she purrs whenever she sees you and enjoys gentle playtime.

This sweet tabby is adjusting well to other pets in her foster home and would love a calm, loving environment where she can just chill with her people. Kitty Kat is grateful for every bit of affection and will make a wonderful companion for someone looking to adopt an adult cat.

Thank you for considering Kitty Kat—many adopters overlook adult cats, but they bring just as much love (and often more calm companionship!) into a home.

Adoption Fees:
• $100 for adults (12+ months)
• $125 for kittens (under 12 months)

All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and have received age-appropriate vaccines.

We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match each kitty with the purrfect home.

Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets.

Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs

Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline companion. A buddy supports healthy play, emotional development, and confidence. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat at home.

Surprisingly, two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized.
