ADOPTION PENDING

ABOUT: JEWEL is a sweet 12 lb poodle. Out veterinarian places her age at about 9 or 10 years old. We are looking for an adopter who will love JEWEL for the rest of her life. Please do not inquire about adopting JEWEL before reading this entire description. JEWEL's adoption fee is $250.

ORIGIN: JEWEL was rescued from a local shelter.

HEALTH: JEWEL came to RoRescue already spayed, but she had a large mammary tumor that needed to be removed, as well as in need of a good dental cleaning. JEWEL came thru these surgeries like a trooper and is now ready to start interviewing folks for her "forever home'.

JEWEL's PERSONALITY: WOW, this girl is a treasure. She loves to sit in your lap getting gentle brushing and massages. She seems housetrained, but if you forget to let her outside, she will use a puppy pad. She stands by the door when it is time for potty.
JEWEL does not necessarily need a doggie companion.

RORESCUE NOTES: We are looking for an "forever" adopter who will give JEWEL a safe loving home and keep them "forever"

FYI, there is NO public funding that helps Rescue Groups with veterinary expenses. We use our own vets and we pay them thru adoption fees and donations. Lately, veterinary fees have escalated, making it harder and harder to offer affordable adoption fees, but we try. Please be considerate when deciding to adopt a "Rescue dog".

ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots.

NOT DONE: Full blood panel/Valley Fever/Tick Fever/Heartworm testing is NOT customarily done, unless veterinary suggested

RoRescue adopts their dogs as INDOOR pets, with sufficient supervised outdoor exercise time.

RoRescue requires a secure yard and safe environment for this dog.

We do NOT adopt to out-of area or out of state locations.
