My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INTAKE DATE: 8/17/24

CURRENT WEIGHT:66 LBS

Kira hasn`t had the easiest time of it - she was adopted from AFA in 2021, only to be returned three years later, where she still waits, a year past that date. Kira is a 7 year old female Pit Bull Terrier mix who is sweet as can be and has the energy and joy of an adolescent - just with better manners! She honestly didn`t have any problems at her first home EXCEPT she would prefer to be your one and only. Kira isn`t super fond of other dogs and would prefer to `admire` them from a distance rather than share her bed with them! Besides, Kira has a big enough personality that she will make you forget the idea of having another dog! WHY, when you already have such perfection????
