Sweetie was adopted October 2024.

Thanks to everyone who put in inquiries and applications for Sweetie. Due to the extremely high volume of emails and applications, we apologize that we were unable to respond to everyone individually. At this time, she has been adopted.

My name is Sweetie. I am female and about 2 years old. I am a 10-pound Shih-Tzu-Havanese mix. My name should be Snuggles or Cuddles because I love to snuggle and cuddle and get ear scratches and tummy rubs. I get along well with the 3 dogs in the house—2 chihuahuas and a Yorkie. I even get along with other little dogs that come to visit. I am house trained: I follow the other dogs into the yard and back into the house.

I love to run in the back yard to chase squirrels and deer, play tug-of-war with my stuffed animals and chew on my favorite bone.

I am a little timid when meeting people for the first time, so I need to take my time to get to know you. But once I know you, I will smother you with kisses.
