Shadow is looking for a home where peace and patience rule the day. He thrives with adults who understand his need for space and consistency. Kids and other pets feel overwhelming, and he has been reactive towards them, so a calm, adult-only household is a requirement for his new home. Once comfortable, Shadow isn’t shy about asking for playtime, attention, or a cozy spot beside you.
Since coming to our farm, Shadow has blossomed with a routine he can count on. He communicates clearly when he’s overwhelmed and responds beautifully to gentle, understanding guidance. His ideal adopter will be someone who’s either experienced with shy or anxious dogs—or simply willing to invest time and patience into building trust. Shadow is house-trained and walks perfectly on a leash. He's even the best companion when travelling in the car, especially if the destination is for a pup cup!

We'll contact you to schedule a brief (15-30 min) remote consultation to virtually introduce you to the dog.

Meet the Pet
After the consultation, we'll arrange for a meet-and-greet at our facility. If it goes well, you may be able to adopt that day.
