Evie was adopted as a puppy and recently came back to us after her family welcomed a human baby. During that transition, she did have an incident where she nipped a child over a bone. Because of that, Evie is best suited for an adult-only home or a home with older, dog-savvy kids who can respect her space, especially around food and high-value items. She can be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her a bit of time (and a calm environment) and she warms up into a loyal, loving companion who just wants to feel safe and understood.
Evie would thrive in a home that values clear boundaries, consistency, and patience — the kind of place where she can relax, decompress, and truly be herself.
