Meet Roller, a gentle giant with a heart full of love, rescued from a high-kill shelter where he was found as a stray. This Mastiff/Boxer mix may be big, but his gentle and affectionate nature will melt your heart. A kind shelter volunteer met him in a kennel that was barely big enough for him, and after offering him a much-needed potty break, it became clear that Roller is house-trained and loves attention. He walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys spending time with people, often lingering by his handler’s side for extra pets.
In playgroups, Roller shows his calm and easygoing nature, preferring to stay close to his human companion. He’s now settling into a loving foster home, and we can’t wait to learn more about his personality as he gets comfortable.
