Meet Prissy – A Quiet Soul Waiting to Bloom 🌼 Prissy has the sweetest expression, with bright golden eyes, shiny black coat, and a clipped ear that tells part of her story. She’s a bit shy and unsure in the shelter, but underneath that quiet demeanor is a cat who’s just waiting for the right person to help her feel safe and loved. With patience and kindness, Prissy will truly blossom in a calm, caring home. She’s not meant for shelter life — she’s meant to be someone’s cherished companion. Her person is out there… could it be you? She’s waiting, hoping, and ready to be found.
🐾 When bringing a new pet home, Tip 1: It is important to remember that she/he is going to need time to feel comfortable in her/his new environment. Establish routines, like feeding, litter box cleaning and regular interactions to help your cat feel at home and secure. TIP 2: Please make sure your home or lease allows pets and that you and others are prepared to welcome a new cat. TIP 3: Have the essentials ready: food and water dishes, cat food, litter and a litter box, cozy bedding, carrier and a designated veterinarian for ongoing care and vaccinations. 💛 With patience and love, your new companion will have the best chance to thrive—and become a cherished part of your family.
