Meet Xeroh 🖤🐾

Xeroh #22260 originally came in as a stray, but we were able to contact his owner who made the difficult decision to surrender him after he repeatedly escaped through a doggy door to explore the outdoors. Because of this, Xeroh will need a home without a doggy door, or an adopter who can ensure he stays safely indoors.

Xeroh is a sweet, quiet, and affectionate boy who truly shines once you approach him first. While he won’t seek you out on his own, give him a moment and he’ll turn into an absolute love bug 💕. Expect plenty of head bumps, full tummy on display, and nonstop pets once he feels comfortable.

He enjoys brushing endlessly 🪮 and allows full handling, but he prefers minimal picking up and carrying—too much of that and he’ll politely (or not-so-politely) growl to let you know he’s had enough. Respect his boundaries, and he’ll reward you with endless affection and gentle companionship.

Xeroh would do best with an adopter who understands cat body language, is patient, and will let him come into his affection on his own terms. In return, you’ll get a calm, loving companion who has so much love to give 🐱💖
