Meet Rocket – Playful, Loving, and Ready for a Home!
Rocket has been waiting since June 2024 for his forever family. He came to ICARE as a 3‑month‑old pup after his owner planned to shoot him and his sisters when they didn’t sell. His sisters have found homes—now it’s Rocket’s turn.
Rocket is a Doberman/Shepherd mix with a sleek black-and-tan coat and a big heart. He’s playful, smart, and eager to please. He enjoys being around other dogs and is learning to walk on a leash. Like many herding breeds, he may gently nip when excited, but he’s quick to calm and listens well.
Rocket is neutered, fully vaccinated, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. He’s healthy, loving, and ready for a family to call his own.
