It’s GUZ with a Z

Guz is a 9 month old yellow Labrador mix weighing in at 63 lbs.

Just a big silly loveable baby Guz is very shy at first but once he warms up he will give you a little nudge to let you know he wants some love. This boy loves to play with other dogs, big and small, Guz does not discriminate. Outside of playtime Guz is very calm and low key, he is just so eager to please his people. He appreciates being called a good boy and a treat or two. Guz uses his nose to gently let you know he is walking behind you because he wants you to know he is there. When an occasion presents itself to show off his voice, this guy can really hit those high notes, he may have a little hound dog in him or atleast he likes to pretend he does.

Guz is working on perfecting his doggie manners, he is crate and potty trained, he is still working on leash skills. Guz needs to be crated when left alone as he is still a puppy and chews. Good with dogs but shy with new people, another playful dog is required in Guz’ new home. A securely fenced in yard is also required in Guz’ new home.

Even though he has no mean bone in his body younger children scare him due to the unexpected noises and movements they usually come with.

This boy is ready to move onto bigger and better things, he may be a little nervous but he is willing to conquer his fears and find where is truly belongs. Guz is just a big teddy bear looking for his best friend. Will it be you?

All of our animals are fully vetted which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and microchipped) prior to adoption.
