Franklin is a sweet, yet shy boy. Franklin was a TNR, but the area he was going to be released back to was harmful and unsafe, so we took him in after recovery. He was a feral rescue but doesn't mind being held or receiving head pats and back scratches. Franklin is enthusiastic about socializing and is growing into himself nicely.
