My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Zima – A Gentle Soul Looking for a Patient Home

Zima is a stunning, green-eyed beauty with a sleek white coat and a delicate light gray spot on her head. At around 3 years old, she came to the Rescue from a hoarding situation with her kittens, all of whom have found their forever homes—now it’s her turn.

This sweet, gentle girl has come a long way in learning to trust people. While she still prefers affection on her own terms, she enjoys gentle pets and will eagerly rub against your legs when wet food is involved. Once she is comfortable, she likes to sit on your lap and enjoys attention. She loves lounging in sunny windows and chasing the elusive red dot of a laser pointer.

Zima needs a patient adopter who understands that she will take a little time to fully settle in. But she is worth the wait! Once she knows you, she is a loyal and sweet companion. She would thrive in a calmer home without young children though she does well with friendly, independent cats and dogs that respect her space.

If you have the patience and love to help Zima continue her journey, she will reward you with her quiet companionship and gentle affection. Give this special girl the forever home she has been waiting for!
