My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rachel is an 10-year-old (as of July 2025) female dog, light in build at around 13 pounds. Similar to Ross, she is quite sociable with other dogs but notably shy and apprehensive around people. Her friendliness towards canines suggests she would do well in a home with other pets, where she can feel more at ease and less isolated. For Rachel, a calm and stable environment with patient and gentle owners would be ideal, allowing her the time and space to overcome her initial fears and gradually become more comfortable with human companionship. Her loving nature will surely come through once she feels safe and secure.

Phoebe, Rachel, Monica and Rosalyn are sisters. All four of them have been working hard to overcome thier fear of people, but still have a long way to go

All our dogs come spayed/neutered and fully vetted.

1. Be at least 21 years old, we occasionally make exceptions for younger, rock solid applicants.
2. Fill out our application and email it to 4dogsfarmrescue@gmail.com. After we receive it, we'll contact you by phone or email with feedback within 1 week
3. Be Interviewed by one of our Reps
4. Agree to a Home Check
5. Pay an Adoption Donation Fee
6. Sign a Legally Binding Adoption Contract
7. Arrange to take your new furry friend home and spend your life with your new furever friend!

More about this rescue

Our mission is to find dogs their forever families. This usually begins by taking in shelter dogs who have run out of time or dogs surrendered by their owners. After they come in to our rescue, our top priority is to get them as healthy as they can possibly be. Occasionally, we get dogs that end up in our hospice care program. For them, we find them a loving family to live out their final days with. For the others who are healthy, our goal is the same, to find them their perfect forever homes. This may include training and rehabilitation in the process. We offer follow up training to adopters and do everything we can to make a perfect match for both people and canine.
