Luna is all hound, all the time! This sweet girl is friendly and full of life, and she's sure to bring lots of love and laughter to her forever home. She has loads of energy and loves being outside, because that’s where the smells are the best! As a typical hound, she wants to follow her nose, wherever it may lead her.
She's working on her leash-walking skills—her need to sniff all the smells sometimes overrides her ability to be patient—but with her food-motivated personality, she's sure to improve with continued patience and training. Luna is an independent girl who loves to explore and make new friends, both human and canine. Her favorite toys include bones and anything that squeaks.

Luna’s trademark hound bay will welcome you home, announce visitors, and let you know about exciting things she observes outside the house. She is crate-and house-trained, but she's at her best when she can be included in family activities.
Luna’s ideal furever home and family include lots of walks or a fenced yard for all the sniffing, scheduled feedings (so she won’t overeat), and maybe a tween or teen to play with. If you're ready for a furry friend who's full of love, energy, and excitement, Luna is the perfect girl for you. She can’t wait to start your adventures together!
