Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Charlotte! I am a beautiful girl inside and out. I came first to APA in 2024, was adopted, and then I was returned in October 2025 because my family was going through a hard time. APA brought me back here ALL the way from Kansas!! And then I went to their PAWS prison program to get trained, and I graduated with flying colors in January 2026. I am ready to find my furver home.
