🚨 WARNING: THIS DOG MAY STEAL YOUR COUCH, YOUR HEART, AND YOUR SNACKS 🚨
Meet ChaCha, a mastiff mix with the body of a linebacker and the soul of a lapdog. She’s never met a couch she couldn’t conquer, a stuffy she couldn’t annihilate, or a person she didn’t eventually turn into her personal cuddle throne.
💥 Approximate weight: All of it
💤 Favorite activity: Snuggling while gently mauling a super chewer toy
🚗 Car ride rating: 14/10 would road trip again
🍗 Motivation: Food. All food. Any food. Especially your food.
ChaCha knows all the good stuff—sit, paw, stay, come, down, and the sacred command of “bedtime.” She’ll need a patient human who understands that true love is earned, not rushed. She’s slow to trust, but once you’re in—you’re in. Forever. Ride-or-die.
She’s good with other dogs if introduced properly, and we’d prefer that she go to a home with another dog. She’d thrive with younger, active dog to wrestle, chase, and plot snack heists with. Probably too rowdy for a senior dog. Cat status: unknown, but they might want to stay upstairs for now.
If you’re looking for a loyal road trip co-pilot, couch-cuddling queen, and world-class toy shredder, ChaCha is your girl. She’s just waiting for her person to show up—snacks in hand.

More about this rescue
We are a small foster based rescue, not a shelter, comprised of multiple individuals that open their homes to stray, sick, and forgotten animals in need. We began the rescue in the Ligonier Area to focus on issues of stray, abandoned, and neglected animals. We often took in animals for the local police departments instead of having them sent to animal control. We have since expanded and try to cooperate with the public, other rescues, and other animal groups to assist any animal in need. Our primary focus area for intake though is still the Ligonier Valley. Adoptions can be made to any area as long as the adoption process is completed.
