Frida was found by a dumpster near a Panera Bread restaurant by our volunteer. She was approximately 2 months old but weighed only 1 lb . She was skinny and had terrible wounds on her legs from dragging them. Her snowy white fur was dirty grey color. With time she gained weight and turned into a beautiful, sweet kitty. She also grew stronger and stopped dragging her legs. With some exercise and PT she can partially straighten her right leg, and she uses it well. She uses her litter box though is a bit picky about the litter itself. Frida loves her humans, runs when called, loves to cuddle in bed and on the couch watching TV (she loves watching kitty movies on YouTube and any movie with snow (!). One of her back legs doesn’t bend and the other doesn’t straighten. But she has no clue she is disabled and runs, climbs, plays, acts silly and gets in trouble with her ride or die BFF - another longtime resident of her foster, Desiree. It would be a dream come true to have her adopted with her friend, but she can be adopted separately.
