Ethel Rose might just be the easiest dog on the planet. Give her a comfortable bed, a little snuggling and endless (unlimited) snackies, and Ethel will be happy as a clam.
At 10, Ethel has the “polite behavior” assignment down to an art form. She’s housetrained, quiet and prone to long naps, and is surprisingly peppy on walks. Walks and exploring make Ethel very, very happy. She does require support in getting into the car and up onto the bed or couch, but she has become the master of the doggy stairs!
She’s been great with the other dogs and cats in her foster homes. Ethel is currently living her best life in a foster home, where she enjoys the company of the foster's own pup (they could be twins!). The foster writes: "Watching her and my dog cuddle and play together has been so heartwarming. When I check my dog camera in the middle of a work day, the two of them are usually snoozing together on my bed. They also get the most adorable zoomies in unison after a bath!".
