Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there, sports fans! I`m Ambrosia, and just like a star athlete, I`ve got game both on and off the couch. My origin story is pretty epic - I was actually born on the sidelines of a soccer field when my mom was found mid-labor. Talk about a dramatic entrance! I may not be scoring goals, but I definitely know how to play it cool and keep things interesting. When I`m not lounging like a champion, I`m ready to bring my A-game in playtime. I`ve got some serious skills with a laser pointer, and I can rock a cat tree like it`s my personal stadium. I`m friendly, affectionate, and love to snuggle up during downtime - think of me as the MVP of cuddle time. Whether you want an energetic playmate or a chill companion to hang out with, I`m your all-star cat ready to join your team! How did I get here? Found as a stray by a good samaritan; adopted & returned when humans in the home were allergic to me. **I am currently living in a foster home - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Once that process is complete, your adoption specialist will schedule a time for you to meet us in person!** ~My adoption fee is $65.00~

More about this rescue
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.
The mission of the SPCA is to transform the lives of pets and people through protection, care, education, and adoption.
The SPCA of Wake County is a local, independent, non-profit organization that receives no government funding or tax dollars. We rely almost entirely on private donations to fund our annual operating budget of $3 million. The SPCA of Wake County is not affiliated with, nor do we receive funding from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
