Toby was relinquished by his owners after he was picked up by Animal Control while chasing another dog in heat. Toby has been at Kensett Animal Shelter since then.
Toby is currently in a foster where his foster has described him as the best cuddler. For Toby ball is life and nothing comes to mind when he has a ball in his mouth. He loves playing with kids and bounces around the fosters kids in the age range of 2-11. He is also very gentle with their toddler. He loves car rides. He loves playing football. He is crate trained and house trained. He is fine with chickens when kept indoors but will definitelty chase them when they are left outside. With cats he does like to be very playful with them and is very curious about them. He meets dogs great via fence but does not like them when left free. With these factors in mind we think its best he lives in a no pets home. With his boxer energy he will need an active home where he can truly be himself.
Toby is heartworm+ve but he is undergoing treatment for the same now.His adoption fee would cover his neuter surgery, vaccinations and microchip and heartworm treatment.
