Meet Ruger,
Ruger came into our shelter due to a maltreatment case. He was extremely emaciated weighing 47 pounds on intake BCS 1/9. He has now been surrendered and has gained 8 pounds! He is well mannered and is great with other dogs! Knows LOTS of commands! Now he will die if we cannot find a hero to save his life. He deserves to walk out alive after all he’s been through.
