Here's what the humans have to say about me:
???? Frank’s Next Adventure – From Nervous Pup to Loyal Companion ???? Meet Frank, a 3-year-old Collie/Heeler mix with a story full of growth and determination. When he first arrived at the shelter, new people made him nervous — but with patience, love, and consistency, Frank has come a long, long way. He’s still cautious at first, but once he warms up, he’s a loyal, loving companion who wants nothing more than a family to call his own. ?? Frank isn’t a “sit on the couch all day” kind of dog. He’s smart, active, and loves a job to do — playing fetch, learning new tricks, or exploring outdoors. He’s okay with some dogs, cats aren’t his thing ????, and he’d do best in a home without small children — though teenagers who can respect his space? Perfect! ?? ?? Why You’ll Love Frank: ? House-trained – reliable and ready ? Brainiac – eager to learn and please ? Fetch fanatic – balls are life! ?? ? Outdoor explorer – hiking, agility, yard adventures ? Progress with people – needs a calm, patient approach ?? Bonus: Frank’s adoption fee has been sponsored — he’s ready to meet the right family and start his next chapter. ?? How to Adopt Frank: 1?? Visit northwoodshumanesociety.org 2?? Go to the Adoptable Animals page 3?? NHS works to place animals in good, loving homes. Potential families must complete a pre-adoption application. References are required and checked. There may be a 24 to 48 hour waiting period before adoption is finalized. All responsible adults in the family must be in agreement. The goal of NHS is for each adoption to be permanent.
