Ivy is a 2 y/o beagle mix who was rescued from the dumping grounds near Cleveland. She is around 16 inches tall and weighs around 30 pounds.
Ivy arrived with good house manners and knew how to use a dog door. She loves stealing towels out of the clean towel bin and dragging blankets out of kennels. Maybe she thinks that the toys scattered all around the yard are cold!
Ivy has worked through her possessive need to keep toys and people all to herself. She gets along well with her foster siblings and is learning to play wrestle, beagle style! She is currently enrolled in training classes where she is a rock star. She learns quickly and is eager to please!
Ivy is good around kids but still wants to jump up on you. She will need more work to control that urge. She craves attention from people and will soak up all the love you have to give. She will make a wonderful dog for a family that will be home often. Ivy is a diamond in the rough!
