My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Barnaby came to us from another rescue for a change of scenery - he is FIV positive (you can read more about FIV by our FIVIP lounge!), but that doesn’t mean he is any less deserving of finding a great family! He’s known for his grouchy “old man” attitude. He has arthritis, and he is toothless, but neither slow him down! He loves a good scratcher and heated bed. His teeth were not in good condition when we got him and needed to be removed.

Kzoo Cat Cafe and Rescue is Kalamazoo's first cat cafe! A Cat Cafe is a place where humans can interact with adoptable shelter cats in a fun, stress-free, environment, while enjoying drinks and snacks (included with entry fee). Cat Cafe's provide an opportunity for people who can't or don't want to own cats to spend time with them without commitment, and allows rescue cats to spend their time waiting for their forever home in a relaxed, social, cage-free environment.
