Beau is 2 years old. I got him back in July 2024 from the Humane Society Adoption Center. I have had him for 4 months. He is extremely friendly and loves people. I am looking for someone who will have time to train Beau, as he is very hyperactive. He also requires some mental stimulation, he plays different puzzle games for his treats. Beau is very playful, excited, smart, and vocal. If he wants something, he will let you know by barking or grabbing your hand with his mouth to lead you somewhere.
Beau does have leash agrression, he gets really excited when he sees other dogs and will start barking, pulling, etc. It is mainly because he thinks every dog should be his friend and he was to play with them all. Beau is still learning boundaries and will sometimes push another dog until they snap at him.
He will probably do well in a multiple dog homes that way he could be kept entertrained and have play time all day.
