Our beautiful boy, PJ, is looking for the leader of his pack! He is a 4-year-old mutt (Wisdom Panel says 13 breeds!) who weighs 35 lbs (much smaller than you think he is) and is neutered, chipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
PJ is the kind of dog who thrives in calm, consistent environments with people he knows and trusts. He’s housetrained, food-motivated, and loves his toys—and once you’re in his circle, you’re really in. Just don’t expect him to roll out the welcome mat for strangers.
More about PJ: He's an athletic boy who enjoys playing fetch & tug. He also loves his food & treats - especially when there's a game involved like find the treat in the other room, a puzzle toy, or pressing a button to release kibble from a slow feeder. When it's time to relax, PJ wants belly rubs then curls up under a blanket near you and snoozes the day away.
PJ is observant and learns quickly! He knows sit, both paws, and stay. He needs a special adopter—someone who works from home or has someone at home most of the time, has a yard, and understands that slow intros and a steady routine are key.
