Meet Axel, a seven-month-old black and white kitten with a story as unique as her sweet personality! Found hitching a ride in a neighbor's car, this little adventurer has left her travel days behind and is now all about love and comfort. Axel may have started off shy, but she's quickly blossomed into a purring machine who melts at the slightest touch. Whether it's a gentle scratch on her back or a cozy cuddle on your lap, Axel is happiest when she's close to her humans.
This playful sweetheart adores spending time with her kitten pals, chasing toys, or snuggling up for a group nap. But she also has a calm and affectionate side that makes her a perfect companion for quiet evenings at home. With her charming mix of curiosity and cuddles, Axel is ready to find a forever home where she can shower her people with love and purrs galore. Could Axel be the perfect addition to your family?

More about this rescue
The vision of Animal Compassion Team has been years in the making, shaped by hard work, heartbreak, and an unwavering love for animals. Despite the challenges, we chose this path because saving lives matters—it's that simple. Every dog, cat, and animal we rescue reaffirms our commitment to making a difference. In August 2009, we took a leap of faith and became a 501(c)3 non-profit, ready to turn hope into action. Each life saved makes every effort worthwhile, and we look forward to sharing countless happy endings.
Our Mission Statement
To provide a safe haven for animals of all breeds and species through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary. To advocate for humane treatment, promote the human-animal bond, and educate about kindness, compassion, and responsible pet ownership, emphasizing spaying and neutering. Together with other rescues and shelters, we strive toward a no-kill nation.
