🐾 Meet Millie – The Sweetest Girl Looking for Love! 🐾
Millie is a chameleon. She can look soft and squishy, or she can look calm and aloof. The one thing that is constant is what a special, loving girl she is. She looks at her foster parents with love in her eyes all the time, that when her face softens and a sereness comes over her. She is a delight, she is gentle and sweet but you can tell this one loves deeply when she feels safe. Millie is 48 lbs, loves to play especially in water. She is intrigued by animals on TV and will focus in every time that is playing.
She loves everyone she meets—kids, big dogs, little dogs—you name it! I just have so much love to give and can’t wait to find a family who will love me back.
So why am I looking for a new home? Well, my owner’s boyfriend’s dog didn’t like me and wasn’t very nice to me. My owner made the tough decision to let me go because she knew it was for the best. And you know what? That means I now have the chance to find a family who will love me as much as I love them!
I’m about 49 pounds, petite but full of personality!
This sweet girl is much smaller than she looks, crate trained, potty-trained and good with other pups and children. Millie has lived with a child in a wheelchair and does just fine! Millie is about a year old and finds herself in an unexpected position. And its better for Millie to be in a home she can thrive in.
She is medium sized, house and crate trained and while she still pulls on her leash, walking manners are improving quickly.
All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update. You can complete an application or view all the adoptable pets on our website at www.dallasdog.org/adopt. Upon receiving your application, please allow us 2-3 business days to review and process.
