Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Green Bean! This petite, gentle, and super-sweet girl is living her best life in foster care, but she’s ready to find a family of her very own. Goofy, playful, and wonderfully expressive, Green Bean has the perfect mix of fun and affection. She’s house- and crate-trained, listens well, knows her name, and already has a few cues down like sit and off. Green Bean gets along with dogs of all sizes and is wonderful with kids—she currently lives with a 7-year-old and does great. She’s easygoing and adaptable, whether it’s in an apartment or a house. She’d love a doggy companion, but she’d also be just as happy being the spoiled center of attention. At the end of the day, Green Bean is the “life of the party” who melts into a cuddle bug once playtime is over. More than anything, she’s looking for a family who will love her and give her just a little time to settle in. Could that be you?

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals at any time during open hours.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.
Interested in fostering a dog in need? Join our foster team at www.wilcotx.gov/390/Fostering and click on `Foster Questionnaire.`
Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We`ll see you soon at either location!
