Roscoe is a super neat and super handsome boy! He loves to go for walks and runs but is also pretty chill and cuddly. He does well with other dogs and is fine with cats. He is kid and adult friendly. He loves to love! He is housebroken and great with kids of all ages. He walks pretty well on a leash and he knows how to sit for his food and snacks. He loves hardboiled eggs and being cuddled and talked to.

Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.
Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
