One look into Gino’s soulful, silky, chocolate-brown eyes and you’ll be smitten. This gentle, affectionate boy is amazing with both dogs and kids — his heart is as big as his gaze. 💙
Gino’s had a rough road. He was found as a stray, then sent to a disreputable rescue where he almost didn’t survive. Because of previous neglect, his colon is damaged. He’s now on prescription food (which is helping a lot!) and his foster is working to get him to a healthy weight. We’re committed to giving him the best life possible — and we know the right adopter is out there!
💡 Important: Gino doesn’t like being alone. His foster has been sending him to doggy daycare, which has been a game changer. His perfect adopter would be retired, work from home, or willing to continue daycare so he can feel secure and happy.
Through it all, his sweet demeanor hasn’t changed — if anything, it’s made him even more lovable. 🥹
