Meet Lucchese – A Loving, Playful Companion with a Gentle Soul
Lucchese is a very special boy with a heart as big as his personality. He’s believed to have congenital megaesophagus, a condition that affects how food moves through his esophagus. Because of this, he’s on two daily medications and eats from a raised bowl multiple times a day—usually 2 to 4 meals, depending on how he’s feeling. After meals, he’s often held upright to help his digestion, a routine he handles like a champ.
Don’t let his medical needs fool you—Lucchese is full of life, love, and playful energy. He gets along beautifully with other cats and especially enjoys zooming around and playing chase with the youngest feline in his foster home. When the play winds down, Lucchese transforms into the ultimate napper, always seeking out the coziest spots to curl up in.
Affectionate and friendly, Lucchese warms up quickly and adores being close to his people. He’ll happily climb into your lap for snuggles, purring contentedly as you give him gentle scratches. He’s particularly fond of small toys he can bat around between cuddle sessions.

He is a 1y old, Male, Domestic Shorthair mix. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations and preventions.
