Layla is an independent and a little spicy, but sweet when she chooses to be! Thanks to her foster mom, she is learning to get along with other cats, although she would prefer to be the only kitty. Layla loves to snuggle with her humans and seeks out our company whenever we return home. She's such a mix of sass and sweetness! She does well with our strong "alpha" cats, but pushes around our meek fosters. She's not good with small kids, but loves the teens. Layla is playful and curious, and enjoys chasing string toys and taking long naps near her human companions (including our older kids!).

After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

Sign Adoption Contract
After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
