Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ABOUT LYDIA & HANNIBAL
Lydia is a shy, sweet girl who came to us as a semi-feral kitten. Now about 11 months old, she’s made remarkable progress in learning to trust people. Though she’s still a bit nervous around humans, she absolutely adores other cats and finds great comfort in feline companionship. To help her continue building confidence, we paired her with Hannibal, and it turned out to be the perfect match.
Hannibal, just under 2 years old, is a social butterfly with a big heart. He’s friendly, affectionate, and outgoing. He loves meeting new people, gets along wonderfully with other cats, and has done well with respectful children. As Lydia’s “big brother,” Hannibal helps her feel safe and secure, guiding her with calm reassurance. Thanks to his support, Lydia continues to blossom.
The two currently live in a free-roaming cat room, where they enjoy the company of other cats and spend their days playing, lounging, and bonding. We would love to see Hannibal and Lydia find a home together! They’d do best in a home with other friendly cats and cat-savvy children who understand that Lydia may need a bit more time and space to feel comfortable.
If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
