Hi there, I’m Alex, and I am a Priority Pet! I’m a curious, clever, and playful kitty who’s been keeping my foster mom on her toes for a while now. I love to explore everything—from cabinets and shelves to the inside of your grocery bags. Nothing gets past me!
I’m always up for a good game, whether it`s chasing toys, sneaking up on other cats (playfully, of course), or wrestling with my favorite towel. But once I’ve gotten all my zoomies out, I’ll happily curl up in your lap for a cozy nap. I’m not just all energy—I’ve got a soft side too.
I get along great with other cats, and while I haven’t met any dogs or kids yet, I’m open to meeting new friends. My only special quirk is that I sometimes get the sniffles, so I may need a little extra TLC if I catch a kitty cold.
Oh, and if you’ve got paper receipts or notes lying around… consider them fair game! I don’t mean to be a troublemaker, I just like to test gravity now and then.
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining companion, I might just be your guy. Can’t wait to meet you!

All prospective adopters are required to complete an application and go through a short interview process. Once approved the adoption fees are paid and the adopter is able to bring the pet home the same day.
Please note that you must be 21 years of age to adopt.

Pawmetto Lifeline, formerly Project Pet, was founded in 1999. Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life. We continue to strive toward the goal of a no-kill community and state through adoption, pet retention, rescue partnerships, and medical services.
