My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

wants to love and be loved!

Shirley was found outdoors as a young kitten, struggling to survive on her own. Life was difficult and uncertain, but thankfully, she was rescued, spayed, vaccinated, and given a second chance. During her recovery from a little kitty cold, we discovered that Shirley, though initially cautious, could learn to trust people. With time, gentle care, and soft voices, she has started to come out of her shell.

Now a young adult, Shirley is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, her sweet and sensitive nature shines through. She also has a beautifully distinctive face that sets her apart from the crowd—your camera roll is sure to fill with pics of her!

Shirley is ready to find a home where she can feel secure and cherished, one that will let her continue growing into the loving companion we know she can be. Could that home be yours?

Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten!

If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org.

We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.  For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.

Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.

All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:
  • Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus
  • Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)
