April came to ACR from an area farm during the rough winter. She came with numerous friends and their babies. April was nervous when she first arrived but quickly realized humans were safe. She enjoyed warm places to sleep and a bowl always full of food. She no longer had to worry where her next meal was coming from or if she’d have a safe place to sleep.

She continued to raise her babies until they found their forever homes. April spent time with her foster mom until sadly her foster had a family emergency that caused her to relocate to another foster home. She took awhile to adjust but enjoyed being with the other foster cats.

April enjoys sitting near you and watching tv. She doesn’t enjoy being on your lap but she’s happy to be your tv binging buddy from nearby.

April can be a bit nervous when she first gets introduced into a new setting but with patience she learns it’s a safe place. She is worth the wait! April deserves to find her forever home and be loved as part of a family.

April is looking for a forever home that will be patient as she explorers her new home and gets familiar with her surroundings. She wants to build a relationship with her new best friend and start making memories.
