Her-Story: Penny was wandering around a neighborhood in Houston, very pregnant and very friendly.
Someone took her to a vet where she had fifteen puppies! No microchip, no owner and no plan - rescues were contacted. She went home to nurse her babies on Ms. Laura's ranch while we made plans. Penny came to Caffeinated Canine and other rescues helped with the adoption plans for the babies.
