My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kane is a puppy in an adult dog body. He is a 75lb Velcro cannonball. He loves to play in the water hose and would probably love to swim with his webbed toes. Kane loves to play with at least 2 toys at the same time, tossing one while grabbing the other. He does well with basic commands and is getting better at greeting without jumping. He wants to be wherever you are and "helping" you do whatever you're doing. While he has a lot of energy, he does wear out quickly after a few minutes of hard play and ready to lay down on the couch with you.  Put in an application now!

More about this rescue

We rescue and rehabilitate dogs who are at risk in overcrowded shelters, including many who have been victims of cruelty and dogfighting, and then place them in permanent homes. We also advocate for pit bulls through educational and outreach programs and work to build a community that supports the bond between dogs and people.
