Meet Betty! Born August 31, 2024, she is a very nosy, curious little girl! We think she’ll weigh around 80 pounds when she’s fully grown.
Betty is leash trained and is great on walks!
She’d be great for someone who wants a Pyr but doesn’t want to have to deal with the fluff! She’s totally got the coat of a Lab, but still that chill attitude where 70% of the day is for napping!
Sweet Betty gets along nicely with the other large male and female dogs in her foster home. She loves running and exploring the yard with them.
She is potty trained, and she rings a bell when she wants to go outside! She is kennel trained and goes into her kennel on her own for naps.
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day. Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not a good situation for you or the puppy.
3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Adoption fees are $300 for dogs under 1 year old, $250 for dogs 1-7 years old, $200 for dogs over 7 years old. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.
