We are open some evenings and weekends by appointment.
We adopt to indoor only homes, within 1-2 hours of our location in Spencer NY. There is no adoption fee, however, we do require that the new owner purchase their new cat (for their new home) a large, sturdy cat tree with tall scratching surfaces and a den to hide in.
If the cat you choose has not seen a veterinarian within 6 months, we take the cat for a pre-adoption vet visit (that we pay for) and then will deliver the cat to your home.

- Adoptapet requires us to choose from their options. We don't do a "home check" but we do deliver our cats after their pre-adoption vet visit

If you choose a cat who needs booster vaccinations within a few months, we will arrange a pre-adoption vet visit to make sure everything is up-to-date for at least the next year.
We often deliver our cats so adopters must be local, within 1.5 hours of Spencer NY.
There is no adoption fee if the new adopter purchases (for their own use with their new cat) a piece of large sturdy cat furniture with a scratching feature suitable for a large cat (4' feet or higher). This is verified when we deliver the cat.
