My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stubbs! A sweet mix found as a stray in 2023 as a little puppy, Stubbs was born with both of his front arms deformed giving him his signature T-Rex looks but that never slowed Stubbs down he loves to explore, run outdoors with his doggy friends, sunbathe, talk back and forth with you and gets so excited to see his favorite people, Stubbs is in Foster while he waits for his forever home he lives on a horse ranch welcoming other foster pups in their journeys to find homes, he’s especially fond of young puppy’s always being gentle and caring. When Stubbs isn’t enjoying the farm life he travels the US with his Foster Dad who helps Big Dog Ranch transports all of our rescue dogs to us in Florida so Stubs is a professional travel buddy and rescuer himself helping other pups like him! Because of his deformity he sometimes requires an extra hand going down steps or a quick pick me up to the grass but he returns your care with endless devotion and snuggles! Stubbs foster Dad has helped teach him how to get around for himself but also learned tips and tricks to help Stubbs when he needs it. Stubbs would do well in a loving home with appropriate accessibility’s for him such as no stairs or challenging home setups. Stubbs gets along with other dogs with proper introduction and loves to play and roughhouse but can sometimes get overwhelmed so a confident, intuitive owner that can vouch for Stubbs is needed. Stubbs is waiting for his forever home so if you’re looking for a cuddly T-Rex with a big heart and silly antics to join your family come schedule a meeting today!
