No out of state adoptions will be acceptable - Northern California will not be acceptable either. Looking for local people who are in Orange County area. Other Certain areas are also acceptable depending where they are. South County is fine.
He coming from a owner surrender simply because they dont have time for them. Doesn't want them - wants nothing to do with them.
