Here's what the humans have to say about me:

“A dog has one aim in life…to bestow her heart.” This makes us think of our precious Lily! This beautiful young dog is one year old and weighs 38 pounds.

Why we love her: Lily is a gentle, good natured dog with so much love to give. She is a perfect sized medium companion.

Lily can be shy at first, but will blossom with patience, attention and affection.

Lucky Lily spent some time in the home of one of our volunteers who reports:
"Lily is super sweet! She loves playing with toys, playing with my dog, getting towel rubs after the snow and being loved on! Lily takes a bit of time to warm up, but she is my shadow now! Lily sleeps in a kennel at night. We are working on house training while she is here. She is very smart and wants to please! Lily is a very easy foster!"

Lily enjoys daily walks at the shelter and, after she is done, she loves to sit by your side to be petted and loved on - she is a wonderful cuddle buddy. Her warm brown eyes are truly windows to a tender heart and gentle soul.

Lily also loves playtime in the fenced yard. One of Lily's favorite activities is splashing around in the doggy pool.

Lily has had so much fun in play groups with her fellow shelter companions. If you have another dog, we do require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility.

Our staff and volunteers are totally devoted to this precious dog.

Lily wants to please and should master any commands you wish to teach her.

She is going to be such a loving and loyal companion!
