Mocha is a sweetie-pie of a dog who was returned to PK after having been adopted for a year. She was originally found dumped on the road and although she thought she’d found her happily ever after, Mocha was returned to us, by no fault of her own. Mocha is a female pitbull who weighs 65 lbs. She is around 3–4 years old. She walks well on a leash, is potty-trained, and even knows a few commands, like sit and shake! Mocha is generally very friendly and laid back. She’s shown a little hesitation when meeting some men at the shelter, but we expect that can be resolved through proper introductions. Mocha likes to chew, so she’ll need plenty of chew toys, as well as exercise and mental stimulation to burn off energy. She’s friendly with other dogs and has lived with children. She can be cat-tested if requested. Mocha had a lousy start to her life and really deserves to find a permanent home with a family who will love her forever. Apply at lvpeaceablekingdom.info!
