Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Moose is an awesome, fun loving, energetic kitten who loves to play with both his people and other cats. He is a rough an tumble boy, who needs a kitty companion who will wrestle and play with him. He is a huge fan of running on the exercise wheel and has shown some interest in walking on a leash outside. He is curious and always wants new things to do, things to play with, and a lot of love. He would do well in a home with many people and things going on that he can participate in.
When Moose isn't running like a lightening bolt, he likes to snuggle on your lap while at your computer, in bed, and even when you sit on the toilet to scroll your phone. He has a funny meow which can be heard often when he wants attention or has found a bug that he can't reach.
Moose was raised with other cats and likes most other cats, though he will still need a slow introduction to any new ones. He was not raised around any dogs and has only met 1 small dog, who he did get along with after a day of following the dog around and puffing up when the dog moved too fast. I think he could get along well with a dog with the proper introduction. Moose was also not raised around kids, but he is a very social cat who doesn't hide when strangers enter the home, so I expect him to do well with anyone. Older kids would be best only because when he wants to wrestle with you he isn't gentle. Also, he likes to sometimes nibble on your toes!
Important Info:
Moose had a bonded best friend of the same age who was a long haired black boy named Jasper. They were like brothers and would have been adopted together. Unfortunately, Jasper developed FIP and had to be put to sleep on Dec 20th. Moose has been lost and confused. He was extra cuddly when he friend was sick and wouldn't play with him, and now that he doesn't know where his friend is, he is confused because Jasper isn't here, and the other cats won't play with him like Jasper would. He really needs another boy kitten who wants to play like he does with wrestling and chasing each other around.
