Meet Dorothy our loving shy girl who is obsessed with her toys and her playmates who run endlessly with her! Dorothy is extremely sociable with other dogs but is not afraid to tell them how she feels. When it comes to people, she can be a bit shy and cautious at first but once she gets to know someone, she is very attached! She would definitely classify as a velcro dog with whoever she loves. Dorothy is an extremely smart girl who loves to learn new tricks, practice on agility courses, play with all the toys and take long walks around to smell all the smells. She is relatively good on leash but the world is a scary place for her so she can get a bit scared sometimes.
Dorothy was in our Mutts with Manners training program while at the facility. She achieved a gold star level meaning she is more than proficient in basic commands, leash walking and so many other skills! Everything she has learned has made being in a home much easier for adopters and fosters alike!
